I didn’t just wake up one day and decide to be an OBM. I realized I was already operating like one. Back when I was a VA, I thought I was just helping get stuff off clients’ plates: calendars, docs, reminders, random to-dos. But I realized something: even with help, they were still the glue holding everything together.

Even with help, they were still the ones keeping everything together. They needed more than support. They needed leadership.
And guess who was already making sure things got done, keeping projects moving, and ensuring nothing fell apart? Me.

That’s when I made the shift; not from VA to OBM, but from supporting businesses to actually helping run them.

I wasn’t just organizing inboxes…I was making sure entire projects got completed. I wasn’t just keeping schedules on track…I was making sure the right things were getting done at the right time by the right people.
Now, I work with women entrepreneurs who have outgrown doing it all themselves. They don’t need another to-do list. They need a right-hand partner to help their business flourish without them having to micromanage. That’s exactly what I do.
